| We use friction welding for joining pipes and end pieces together to produce a very strong joint. |

During the friction welding process temperatures of 2100 degrees Fahrenheit are reached during which the pipe and end piece are joined into a single, strong and homogenous unit. |
| After the welding process the joints are machined and the excess material is removed so the joint area is smooth and even. |

It is vital to achieve quality during friction welding. Mechanical tests are performed on each batch to ensure perfect results. A selection of joints are exposed to breakage tests so that any faults can be discovered before production begins. |
